Sometimes we do things for the wrong reason, such as flaunting cash/material things.
This nonsense makes one think Um?–what?
- You purchase a car worth more than your house.
- You purchase a luxury car but live in a not-so-luxury apartment.
- You beg/borrow/steal for what you need; yet buy what you want.
- You want to be like the Joneses, but they don’t want you around.
- Men have children and distance themselves every time they say, “I’m babysitting my kids”.
- You spend $8K or more to bury your loved one (put money into the ground) while you struggle for money.
- You pay a high interest rate on a depreciable item such as a car rather than pay for the item outright. ($avings!)
- You have more than one child when you can’t take care of one.
- Someone is nice to you because you deserve a chance; however, you take their kindness for weakness.
- You shop where it’s popular and the items are expensive; however, you can buy the same items for less at a not-so-popular store.
