There comes a time when you must measure the incumbent against issues. So when you go to vote, have at least 3 things the incumbent must have achieved (voted).
Below is a checklist you can use to measure the incumbent:

- How did the incumbent vote for issue 2?
- How did the incumbent vote for issue 3?

Summary: If “NO” outnumber “YES” vote the incumbent out! If your issue(s) did not appear on the docket vote the incumbered out!
You should ask yourself the following:
How often does your council person vote?
Remember: You cannot afford NOT to vote. We are a democracy, and voting is the only way we make our voices heard.
In order to prevent a particular candidate from taking office, vote for the candidate of the other party, even if you do not like she/he Never choose not to vote.
Because we are a two-party system, never vote for the 3rd party unless you know (not a strong maybe) he/she will win.
