Systemic Problems

A bridge between community and community banks, help develop and build wealth in the community

The definition of Community is a small or large social unit who have something in common, such as norms, religion, values, or identity.  It should include the following:

1) Banking

Home Ownership,

        •  Sense of belonging–home
        •          Putting down roots for rasing a family, upkeeping the neighborhood, making the neighborhood viable and safe

Community banking

        • A place convenient for building wealth in the neighborhood
        • A place that can give capital for homeownership
        • A place that gives personal loans and advice to those in the community
        • Provide SBA Loans to develop the neighborhood
        • Contributions to neighborhood events
        • Investment in the neighborhoods (shelter and businesses)
        • A place that is apart of the community and is a symbol of stability

2) Policing

        • Neighborhood watch
        • Empower civil obedience organizations,
        • Enforce loitering laws
        • Enforce littering laws

3) Up-to-date-schools

        • Broadband; Internet ready.
        • Computers; latest operational system.
        • Web tools; membership to applications that support collaboration and utilization of learning computer software.
        • Competive salaries; teachers need to be professionally trained reguarly. Their training should be displayed for the parents and administrators.
        • More and Better assessments; formative evaluations should be more than one. Summative evaluations she be more than written. 
        • Under crowed schools.
        • Modern curriculum to include relevent activities.

4) Recreational areas or venues

Parks/sport parks

        • Recreational centers
        • Swimming pools
        • Playgrounds

For all elected officials who get no results on systemic problems during their time in office, should be voted out!
