UPDATE (12/17/2022): Twitter is an important part of our voice. Ordinary people, politicians, activists, entertainers, reporters, etc … Use it to express issues, take polls, exchange ideas, and market a business; but the new owner is a barrier to evolution. Elon Musk banned some reporters from Twitter because he didn’t like what he thought they did to him.
The Constitution established our government for all persons; therefore, it is a living document subject to change as our society evolves.
One theory that hindered change is “Color blindness”
Individuals are defined by their skin complexion due to historical reference.Color blindness is a myth because it permits civil liberty violations. Discriminatory behavior is seldom prosecuted for accountability.
As our culture evolves, it is necessary to judge our attitudes through two prisms: prejudice and non-prejudice.Serious dialogue and action must be had on all news stations to show solidarity against racism/prejudice. This campaign should continue until people expect the law to hold them accountable.
The USA established its government based on the superiority of one race. This faulty assumption led to misinformation, the breaking of laws, and hatred. The President is elected to protect or lessen harm presented to all people (the oath)–expel anyone who misleads the people with misinformation.
The federal government should align with the constitution–“all men are created equal.”

- Based on the USA’s historical events, leaders learned that a nation is more robust when all persons are respected.
- Our government must restore justice by revealing common sense/truth. The President and his/her administration should not harm the country.
- The Governors, not Congress, should determine the loss of positions for President, cabinet, and appointed roles to the USA. For instance, a joint governors’ committee, regardless of party, approves or disapproves removal from office based on the checklist predetermined by Congress.
- The committee convicts the President within one week of receiving the approving list of charges created by the House of Representatives. The menu is publicized by the Governor’s Committee.

- Remove from office all elected officials, esp. the Presidents, who break their oath/law. Let no person (including former President) run for any elected office while/if indicted or accused of a crime.
- All elected officials must provide at least five years of taxes.
- The President must put business transactions in a blind trust.
- Health care must be made affordable to all citizens
- All workers must share in the profits of the corporation.
- The government must automatically approve disaster recovery and fund the plan within a week.
- Broad bandwidth is free for educational purposes.
- Forgive student debt and give students low-interest loans.
- Cap credit card rates below 15%
- Abolish the Electoral College
- Automatically register citizens to vote if they are alive.
- Stop gerrymandering and allowing voter suppression by eliminating citizens from voter rolls.
- Address global warming. Do not add to greenhouse gases. Laws/orders should not support air or water pollution.
- End austerity. It is the cause of income inequality and trickle-down economics. For example, the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) is a loan project for small businesses to cover bills and employees. However, Billionaires and Millionaires were eligible to apply for these loans and got them. The Lakers franchise worth $3.7 billion received a loan for $4.6 million. This franchise isn’t a small business, but the bill includes language that a BILLIONAIRE COMPANY is small. A small company has an average net worth of < $1 million.
